Lead Flash Game Developer

Responsibilities:

• Create high quality flash games that are fun and make people smarter
• Coordinate the games team to bring new games through the life-cycle from prototype to production-ready
• Work closely with our science team to ensure that new games fit into our brain training program

Qualifications:

• Experience taking games from idea to launch
• Experience with game programming using Flash Actionscript or strong Flash Animation skills

Flash Designer / Animator

Responsibilities:

• Create high quality flash animations / graphics for Lumosity games and website
• Work closely with scientists, programmers and game developers to take games from prototype to production-ready

Qualifications:

• Strong flash animation and design skills

Ruby on Rails Developer

Responsibilities:

• Produce a test driven scalable Rails application in an Agile development environment

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidates will be comfortable with: Rails 2.x, TDD/BDD (RSpec), Unix/OS X, REST, Selenium, Capistrano
• Comfortable working in a fast paced start-up environment

Director of Product Development

Responsibilities:

• Manage product through the entire lifecycle from conception to development and release
• Determine product specifications using user data and quantitative analysis
• Engage closely with engineering team in implementation

Qualifications:

• Previous outstanding track record of managing a consumer web application

Director of Business Development

Responsibilities:

• Develop partnerships and relationships with large online and offline partners to increase Lumosity memberships
• Outline and execute distribution strategy

Qualifications:

• Previous outstanding track record of building distribution for web applications through partnerships
